We launched PRIVATO - Holiday Homes in 2021. Within a relatively short time, we were managing nearly 100 units for our clients. Finding guests for these properties was never really an issue; however, finding the right cleaning staff—people who shared our commitment to quality and our professional mindset—was a full-time job in itself.

This led to the idea of ​​establishing PRIVATO - Cleaning Services in 2022. We began cleaning our own units using our own staff—a convenient solution. Before long, our competitors were so impressed with our services that we found ourselves busier with external cleaning jobs than with our own properties. We also increasingly received requests to handle minor maintenance tasks.

By the end of 2024, we had added technical services to our cleaning operations, giving rise to PRIVATO - Cleaning & Technical Services. We now offer a comprehensive range of property management solutions: from purchasing, selling, and renting out properties to cleaning and maintenance.
